The architect’s word

Our studio presents a design in which the interior preserves a hint of the industrial feel of the whole site. Emphasis is placed on environmental sustainability, which will be reflected in a number of energy-saving measures in the materials used and technological solutions, including green roofs.

Location Říčany

Říčany is located on the border of the capital city of Prague. The building itself is situated in the commercial area of Říčany. Excellent transport accessibility to this location is guaranteed with a direct exit from the D1 motorway as well as the planned completion of section 511 of the Prague Ring Road.

Selection of the Honest Říčany project

We decided to acquire the project in Říčany for several reasons. One such reason is its unique location. Říčany u Prahy benefits from its excellent location near the capital city and its great transport accessibility. For several years in a row, the town has been declared the best place to live in the Czech Republic, according to the Obce v datech chart. We were also convinced by the uniqueness of the project’s format for the area and the above-standard economic potential.
