We are a team of professionals with many years of experience in the real estate market, which is why we control the entire investment cycle, thus increasing the efficiency of all processes and investments. It also constantly strengthens our knowledge of the market, allows us to react flexibly to its development and to always be one step ahead.

We supervise the whole process from the search for a suitable building for investments, through to purchase, building permits, realization of construction or reconstruction, obtaining the certificate of occupancy and subsequent administration of the property.

Mgr. Maxim Vihorev Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Maxim has been active in the Czech real estate market since 2008, with experience in property sales, asset management, and residential development. He specializes in structuring complex transactions, financial modeling, and strategic project development. Under his leadership, a portfolio of projects with a total value of €69.5 million has been realized. He has collaborated with leading developers and investors in the Czech market, contributing to projects that combine quality, efficient financing, and long-term value for clients and investors. Maxim brings analytical thinking, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Tomáš Wildt Chief Operations Officer, HEAD OF COMMERCIAL

Tomáš has been active in the Czech and international commercial real estate market since 2000. He has experience working at top positions in the sphere of ownership, management and supply structures. He specializes in management, strategic development, investment and development. He has cooperated with AHOLD Czech Republic, Donaldsons/WPM Group, ORCO Group, CPI Property Group and others.
