Why we selected the Avion Budějovická project

We decided to acquire this project for several reasons. The Krč district of Prague has a strong demand for residential housing. The size of the building itself made it possible to create a large residential complex suitable for mid-term and long-term living, providing a clear response to the rising need for housing in this part of Prague.
