Preferred stocks (PS)
Preferred stocks of the VIHOREV CAPITAL fund have a preferential share of the fund’s profits over the fund’s founder and a PIS holder. These are shares that have PIS capital coverage for a minimum return of 7.1% p.a. They are marketable on the Prague Stock Exchange. The minimum initial investment is CZK 1,000,000. The investor has the right of buyback of their shares by the fund.

These are shares that are primarily intended for the fund’s founder and their partners.

Pavel Doležal has many years of experience in financial institutions, especially in the banking and investment sectors. At ČSOB, he first managed the department of credit management and legal support of branches, then he led the segment of financial institutions. He focused on the bank’s relations with health insurance companies, securities traders, investment companies, pension funds and foreign banks. Since 2010, as CEO, he has been responsible for the management and development of AVANT, which is the manager of the VIHOREV.CAPITAL sub-fund. The aim of the AVANT investment company is to interconnect investors with prospective projects.
