Preferred stocks (PS)
Preferred stocks of the VIHOREV CAPITAL fund have a preferential share of the fund’s profits over the fund’s founder and a PIS holder. These are shares that have PIS capital coverage for a minimum return of 7.1% p.a. They are marketable on the Prague Stock Exchange. The minimum initial investment is CZK 1,000,000. The investor has the right of buyback of their shares by the fund.

AVANT investiční společnost, a.s. specializes in the establishment and management of funds of qualified investors. In the last three years, AVANT has become the most dynamically growing investment company in the Czech Republic and is currently the largest investment company on the market of qualified investor funds. AVANT manages 69 funds with a total asset value of over CZK 32 billion (as of September 30, 2020).


AVANT gained its position on the market mainly through its personal client approach, experience, flexibility and quality of services provided. The managed funds invest in commercial real estate, housing projects, agricultural land, receivables and equity shares in startup projects or existing companies, which it helps to develop further.

Mgr. Maxim Vihorev CEO, FOUNDER

Maxim graduated from Charles University – he obtained his master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law and also got a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Business Administration of the Prague University of Economics and Business. Since 2008, he has been active on the Czech real estate market, especially in the area of real estate sales and management. Since 2014, he has been active on the residential development market. His key competences include real estate deal structuring and financing. The total value of completed and existing projects exceeds CZK 900 million.

Mgr. Ing. Pavel Doležal LL.M. CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AND CEO OF AVANT INVESTIČNÍ SPOLEČNOST, A.S.

Pavel Doležal has many years of experience in financial institutions, especially in the banking and investment sectors. At ČSOB, he first managed the department of credit management and legal support of branches, then he led the segment of financial institutions. He focused on the bank’s relations with health insurance companies, securities traders, investment companies, pension funds and foreign banks. Since 2010, as CEO, he has been responsible for the management and development of AVANT, which is the manager of the VIHOREV.CAPITAL sub-fund. The aim of the AVANT investment company is to interconnect investors with prospective projects.
